Program Description

Plan, prepare and serve meals for upscale catered events and casual-to-fine dining restaurant service.
Work side by side with professional chefs starting in the school kitchens and moving into professional placements.
Prepare for job opportunities locally, abroad, and in exotic locations in the diverse culinary and hospitality industry.

Important Information: Students who are not in uniform at the start of the school year will not be able to participate in lab activities and will be deducted points each week. No refunds will be given on used or embroidered items. All student uniforms must be purchased through Fully Promoted Lancaster.

Order Process: Fully Promoted Lancaster is located at 155 Rohrerstown Road Lancaster, PA 17603. The store hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. We will ONLY be open on the following Saturday dates (10am-2pm): 5/18, 6/29, 7/27 & 8/17.

Uniforms for Culinary are special orders and can take up to six weeks for completion. Payment is due at the time of order.
